Heath Ledger's Most Prized Possession Stolen
I feel so bad for
Heath Ledger's dad. For the obvious reasons, of course, but on top of that, the grieving father is trying to get his son's affairs in order, and now has to deal with the fact that one of Heath's most prized possessions has been
stolen.
Heath's well-loved 1975 green Komi van seems to have been missing since three days before the actor's death, and now Kim Ledger is asking for it back. Kim filed a report with Australian police last Friday declaring the van missing, according to Australian website News.com.au.
The vintage van, now valued at $70,000 was in the care of Heath's friend,Trevor DiCarlo, when it was reportedly stolen.
Unfortunately, I doubt the thieves feel any sympathy for Heath and his family and will feel inclined to return the van strictly for sentimental purposes, but you never know.
