Listen to how nice this is...

When Heath Ledger passed away last January he was in the midst of filming the movie The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus. Having to work around Heath's untimely death, the flick's director, Terry Gilliam, hired three big-name actors to play Heath's character in different stages of his life.

Jude Law, Johnny Depp, and Colin Farrell each took a turn playing Heath's role of Tim, but, instead of saying "thanks" and walking away with their cash, all three actors decided to send their paychecks to Heath's daughter with Michelle Williams, Matilda.

"They didn't take money -- it goes to Heath's daughter," the director told The Sun. "That's extraordinary! And wonderful . . . and when you're part of that, you think, 'Ah, this is maybe why I went into the movies in the beginning. I thought it would be full of wonderful people.'

"And we've got a movie full of wonderful people who did extraordinary things to help."

I think that's absolutely lovely.
