Heather Locklear Returns to Melrose Place!

The bitch is back, Melrose Place fans! The CW announced the best news ever Tuesday, revealing that Heather Locklear will be reprising her role as the nasty Amanda Woodward on the revamped '90s drama.

"We're ecstatic to have the chance to bring Amanda Woodward back to Melrose Place," executive producers Todd Slavkin and Darren Swimmer said in a press release. "Heather's involvement in the show is something we've been working on for some time as we couldn't imagine creating and producing this show without the iconic character’s inclusion."

If you remember, Heather joined the original Melrose at the end of its first season and sent the ratings soaring. We're sure the execs over at The CW are hoping for a repeat.

It's bound to be like old home week for the actress, who will be joining former cast mates, Thomas Calabro, Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga, who have also signed on to play their former alter egos. Could Heather's real-life boyfriend, Jack Wagner, be far behind? We think every show could use a little Dr. Peter Burns.

Heather's episode is scheduled to air on Nov. 17.
