Heidi Klum is finally going to make an honest woman out of herself. After nearly four-and-a-half years of marriage, Heidi has filed papers to have her last name legally changed to the last name of her husband, Seal.

According to TMZ, if all goes according to her plans, as of November 20th, Heidi Klum will officially become Heidi Samuel. By that time, the couple will have added another member to the Samuel brood (Heidi is due sometime this month).

Seal and Heidi already have two children together, both of whom have their father's last name: Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, who was born in September 2005; and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, who was born in November 2006.

The irony here, of course, is that almost no one knows Seal's last name -- like Madonna and Prince, he's made a name for himself by having just one name.

The model-slash-Project Runway host has another marriage on her relationship record, but this would be the first time she changed her name to match that of her mate's. She was married to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002, and in May of 2004 she had a child with her then boyfriend, the uber-rich Italian businessman, Flavio Briatore. The two had an acrimonious split after Briatore was photographed kissing another woman. Their child, Helene Boshoven, took Heidi's last name.
