Now that Heidi Klum is no longer married to a pop star, she's decided to become one herself! In a music video filmed for Hunger magazine, the German supermodel sings a sexy tune while performing an even sexier strip tease. And surprisingly (or maybe not, since the Project Runway host seems to be good at just about everything), she's pretty convincing. Watch Heidi's video below!
Yes, that's really Heidi singing (she actually previously released the single "Wonderland" in 2006). Not bad, huh? The new song, called "Turn Up the Night," seems tailor-made to make Klum's estranged husband Seal jealous. Sample lyrics: You're just what I want my hands on/slip into your skin beside you/cuz you're the one I want/you're the one I need.
But even if the song had been about cold fusion, the video would make it seem like the hottest thing on Earth. Shot by celebrity photographer Rankin, the video is filtered through smoke and colored lights, the better to show off Heidi's shapely silhouette. In between lip-syncing shots, Klum gyrates on a stripper pole in a leather harness, writhes naked underneath an American flag and bares some flesh at a tattoo parlor. She's also shown mouthing off at the camera in sunglasses, a cigarette in one hand and drink in the other: the epitome of don't-give-a-damn rock-star cool. If you ever doubted that a nearly-40-year-old mother of four could be hip, here's your proof!
Klum, who turns 39 on June 1, filed for divorce from Seal in April after seven years of marriage and a three-month separation. The split shocked fans, but doesn't seem to be slowing Heidi down at all. In an interview earlier this month, the TV personality, supermodel and businesswoman said she's looking forward to accomplishing even more in the next decade.
"I think between 40 and 50, you just have to give it your all," she told E! Online. "You just have to do it all. You're still somewhat young. When you turn 50, that's when we're getting a little more settled, more quiet."
Settled and quiet? After watching that music video, we're having a hard time picturing it!
