Heidi Klum: Being 'Active' Helped Me Shed Baby Weight

Heidi Klum may have just given birth to her fourth kid, but as anyone who witnessed her turn on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show catwalk will tell you, her post-pregnancy body does not look like your average "I gave birth a month ago" shape.

But, when it comes to divulging her slim-down secrets, Klum falls in line with what we've come to expect from famously thin celebs.

In her Monday night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Heidi pulled the usual "Oh, you know, I eat pretty much whatever I want" thing. She'd barely settled into the interview chair when she announced that she'd indulged in the "greasy rolls" that craft services provided in the Kimmel green room.

Jimmy insisted that her post-pregnancy body aroused "hate" in women who have trouble losing the baby weight. Heidi frowned at that statement and offered her recipe for success.

"I'm a very active person," she said. "I'm not the kind of person who sits with my my feet up and watches TV."

When Jimmy pushed the issue, she said running around after her kids is what helps her stay fit. "I've got 5, 4 and 3-year-olds. They don't care that I just had a baby," Heidi insisted. "They're just like 'Mommy, let's go!'"

Heidi also showed off her forearm tattoo, which commemorates her husband and each of her four children.

"I was just thinking I should put a stop sign there now," Klum said.
