Yeah, kind of random, but kind of great, all at the same time.
Here's the deal: Hilary Duff is set to reprise Faye's legendary role as Bonnie in the remake of The Story of Bonnie and Clyde -- and Faye is not exactly happy with the director's choice.
"Couldn't they have at least cast a real actress?" she said said last week, when she heard the news that Hil was going to star in the flick.
Burn!
But don't think sweet, little Hilary was just going to roll over and die. No way, man. She gave her own little zinger soundbite to E!
"I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don't even know who she is, so you know...," Hil said. "I think it was a little unnecessary but I might be mad if I looked like that now too."
