Whitney and Lauren are scheduled to work on a major photo shoot and Whitney is just "so over it". She's tired of being someone's intern and wants more. Whitney's sister, Jade, gets the awesome opportunity to be a part of a "real kids" photo spread for Teen Vogue, while Whit works the shoot. The photo editor is a real stickler for detail and the girls do a lot of eye-rolling.
Heidi goes to Santa Barbara with Spencer for the weekend, leaving Lauren to sit and stew. The girls make a plan to have a Heidi/Lauren alone night on Monday, when Heidi gets back. Audrina asks Lauren if she can set her up with her guy's roommate and Lauren agrees. When Audrina asks Lauren about Brody, Lauren makes a face like she's totally done with him.
Thank God! After last week I would scream if she gave him the time of day.
The night of the double date comes and Lauren's guy is a cute hockey player. Yum! In a very weird way he reminded me of Jason, but nicer. And not crazy. The girls have a nice time and Lauren seems happy for the first time in forever.
Spencer and Heidi stroll along the beach in Santa Barbara and make me nauseous. They stay an extra day but Heidi calls Lauren and makes plans to meet her at the apartment for dinner. Audrina calls Lauren and asks if she wants to meet the guys for sushi, but Lauren turns her down for Heidi. When Lauren gets home she finds a note from Heidi saying she went to the movies with Spencer. Um, what?
That girl has nerve.
