What’s more perfect than a romantic kiss under the mistletoe? Toasting it with a delicious twist on a classic holiday cocktail -- sparkling pear cider mixed with sweet peach nectar. Divine! For a tropical twist, use passion fruit or mango nectar.
 

Serves 4
-- 8 oz. peach nectar
-- 24 oz. sparkling pear cider

Gently stir the nectar and sparkling cider together in a pitcher. Pour into champagne flutes.
