    Ingredients

    1 cup instant hot cocoa mix (recipe below, in notes) 2 cups fresh whipping cream
    3 cups boiling water Sprinkles

      Using an electric mixer, whip cream until peaks form. Set aside. Into each mug, pour 3 heaping tablespoons of mix, and top off with boiling water. Put a heaping dollop of fresh whipped cream on top, and sprinkles if desired.

    notes

    To make hot cocoa mix:
    3 cups dry nonfat milk
    1/2 cup Dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
