That Dancing With the Stars is like a death trap!
Another star of the boogie competition has been hurt, as Holly Madison (who was a replacement for the injured Jewel) needed medical attention Thursday after a pain in her side became "excruciating", preventing her from rehearsing.
"She hurt herself last week when she was rehearsing the Samba," Holly's rep, Steve Flynn, told People.com. "[Thursday] she was practicing the tango and the pain was so bad that it made it basically impossible for her to move."
"While she is not suffering a broken rib, she does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and was prescribed pain medication," the rep reported.
But Holly isn't giving up just yet, she "is committed to the show" and hopes to dance on Monday after resting up, he says. "She was in a lot of pain last week," Steve says. "But you know, Holly's a gamer. She wants to do this so bad and she wants to do well. She really didn't tell a lot of people how badly she was injured because she doesn't want to give herself any excuses."
Who knew, out of all the reality competitions out there, this would be the one that you may never come back from? Don't do it!
