|3/4 cup sugar||1 1/2 cup plain yogurt|
|2 tsp gluten-free vanilla extract||1 1/2 cups whole milk|
Whisk all ingredients together well and then add to your ice cream maker and finish as per its instructions. Please note that the flavor of the yogurt you use—and in particular its relative sweetness and tartness/sourness—will carry through in the final flavor of the frozen yogurt. We recommend using a yogurt that is either slightly sweet, neutral, or slightly tart. Very tart yogurts will leave a similarly tart aftertaste in the frozen yogurt.
