| 16 chicken wings | Salt and ground black pepper to taste | |
| 1 cup honey | A bunch of radishes, trimmed, to serve (optional) | |
| 1 cup chile sauce |
These really should be called Last Lick Chicken Wings - anyone who eats them removes every morsel of flavor and sticky meat from the bones. Just watch out that they don't burn in the oven. They can be made one day in advance, just cover them with plastic wrap and chill until needed.
Put the chicken wings in an oiled roasting pan.
Cook them in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes, turning them after 20 minutes so they brown evenly.
Meanwhile, put the honey and chile sauce in a small saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
Pour the sauce over the chicken wings, mix well, and let cool. Serve with radishes if using.
