Best wishes to the bride and groom? Just one day after professional football player Jerramy Stevens was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his bride-to-be Hope Solo, the couple reportedly tied the knot on Nov. 13.
"Confirmed," Sportsradio 950 AM and 102.9 FM radio host Dave Mahler shared on Twitter on Tuesday. "Jerramy Stevens and Hope Solo were married tonight. Events of yesterday morning didn't change plans."
Although no details have come out about the surprising wedding itself, it seems like Solo's teammate on the U.S. women's soccer team might have been present. "Happy to witness such an amazing celebration of real love #selflesslove #fewandfarbetween," Jillian Loyden posted on Twitter on Wednesday.
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant, 31, had only been dating the NFL star, 33, for a couple of months before they applied for a marriage license on Nov. 8.
According to the Los Angeles Times, trouble in their whirlwind romance occurred in the wee hours of Monday morning when police were called to answer a call about a disturbance at a private residence in Kirkland, Wash. The police said there was a physical altercation between eight people at a party, and that there was enough evidence to arrest Stevens.
Court documents showed that the victim was Solo, who received a cut on her elbow. But the following day, Solo appeared in court to support her fiance -- and after his court appearance, charges against him were dropped.
Since Nov. 6, Solo has not been active on social media, which begs the question about when she will confirm her marriage to the former Seattle Seahawks player.
