House Recap

Ete_house8_200

We meet our patient of the week and we're in an autistic boy’s point of view which is a heightened, blurry, louder world. He keeps drawing these lines over and over again, which is pissing off the dad who passive aggressively blames the mother, I love people. Anyway, the boy starts to choke and screams for his life.

House enters the DDX area and looks around confused, sensing something is off. Meanwhile, Foreman immediately assumes the boy, Adam, isn’t actually sick and explains that his screaming is just a symptom of Autism. Foreman, haven’t you learned, we’re only five minutes into the show, including commercials, I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say the kid is actually sick. House leaves the office and Foreman, Chase and Cameron follow. House points out that these parents have been caring for this kid for 10 years, they know him and this is the first time they’ve rushed him to the hospital, he’s sick. Why do people question House? Haven't they learned anything?
