Start the day with a little lesson in breakfast 101: Explain to her that the first meal of the day provides much-needed energy to get her body and brain recharged. When it comes to food offerings, how about suggesting she change things up with a breakfast drink? There are all sorts of ready-made meal-replacement drinks and easily blended smoothie shakes.
