We've all heard it all before -- six mini-meals a day, high protein, low carb, low fat, lots of cardio to burn the flabby belly, strength training twice a week, yada, yada, yada. Yet, we'll still buy a copy of this mag and read it while we eat Munchkins and sip vanilla lattes with our momtourage.
I'm so sick of caring about the extra flab! Let's agree to wear it as our mom badge of courage, ladies! We carried around that seven-and-change pound kid for 10 months -- we deserve to eat all the freakin' donuts we want.
