How to cook two dishes at once

I have one oven and there are two dishes I want to make for dinner. One is a chicken and biscuit casserole that is supposed to bake for about 40 minutes at 375 degrees. The other is a spinach casserole that bakes for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. How do I resolve temperatures and cooking times and have everything ready at the same time? --iVillager holly6763

Dear holly6763:

I would start your chicken dish at 375 degrees and for the last 30 minutes, lower the oven and add the spinach dish so they can share the same oven. The chicken might take a tad bit longer since you are lowering the oven. If one dish ever gets done first, just remove from the oven and cover with foil, as it will retain its heat for a limited time.
