"We live in Santa Cruz, California, where Santa surfs onto the beach every year the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The person who dresses up as Santa is a friend of mine, and I ask him to pick the kids out of the crowd and call them by name, along with a friend that they may bring along (I make sure to call ahead and let him know all of the names)." -- Rocky
