How Healthy Are Women in California?

Looks like women in California have discovered the formula for a long, healthy life. They’re more likely than most to eat their fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and not smoke. Maybe all that California sunshine contributes to the relatively low depression rates and long life expectancies, too.

If there’s one big area for improvement, it’s this: 23% of women in the Golden State still don’t have health insurance.
