How to Make a Snowman Alive

• Paper grocery bag
• Cotton balls (white)
• White tissue paper
• Glue
• White styrofoam

Place bag over child's head and mark eyes and armholes. Remove bag and cut out holes for eyes and arms. Put bag over the back of a chair so that it can be walked around. Dip cotton balls into saucer of glue and attach to the paper bag. Scrunch up small pieces of the tissue paper and do likewise. Dip styrofoam pieces into glue and add them too. Continue until the bag is totally covered. Mound extra balls of tissue onto the top of the bag to give a rounded look. Wait until the glue dries before the child wears the snowman costume and acts out a snowman story.
