Hollywood may be the land of the quickie marriage and the even quicker divorce (Hi, Britney!), but some couples defy the odds. Sting and wife Trudie Styler have been married for 18 years and together for a whopping 30! In February's issue of Harper's Bazaar, the in-love twosome reveals the secrets that keep their desire for each other burning.

"Being apart juices the relationship," explains Sting, 59, who is often touring. "When we see each other, it's romance. I don't think pedestrian sex is very interesting. There's a playfulness we have; I like the theater of sex. I like to look good. I like her to dress up. I like to dress her up."

The sexy couple -- who tied the knot in 1992 and have six children, say they rely on communication to meet each other's needs.

"It's important to have frank discussions about what the other wants," Styler, 57, says. "To be in a relationship that is like a little lifetime, that's a challenge."

Most importantly, Sting says, is to appreciate what you have in your partner.

"We treat every day as it comes," he explains. "Relationships aren't easy, and I don't think they're particularly natural, but we're lucky because we actually like each other. We love each other -- that's a given -- but Trudie lights my world up when she comes into a room. I don't take her for granted."
