"Extra comfortable! I'm 5 feet 9 inches and heavy set, the seat was perfect, no cramps in my legs because the seat was too short, no back issues because the seats adjusted just right for me. I did not squirm once in my seat while I drove the car and that is VERY UNUSUAL for me...I'm always squirming around trying to get comfortable in my cars, one of which is an Oldsmobile 88...also considered a "large" car. I love the a/c...it was very even...no too cold spots / not cool enough spots. The trunk and gas door release were in a great spot, very easy to reach while I'm sitting in the driver's seat. I LOVE the 6 disc CD changer! To me that's a safety feature itself...not having to change CDs as much makes for a safer trip overall. "

"Looking at the outside of the car, I was expecting there to be little room on the inside, but I was glad to see that there was plenty of room. We even put my daughter's booster seat in the back to make sure that she had enough room. There was plenty of room to spare in the back seat and my husband and I didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other in the front seat."

"Easy to step into, comfortable power adjustable seats, plenty of leg room, plenty of head room."

"Actually, I'd put it in a "larger than average" midsize car. It easily has room for three car seats, and I love the flat back seat. No more wobbly booster chair because of the lump in the middle section. I'm also able to turn around while sitting in the front seat, grab something for a child in the back seat and still not get stuck between the two front seats."

"It's compact but roomy enough for comfort, everything is within arms reach, everything I needed was at eye level too, no need to look away from the task of driving, another big plus in the safety area. The seats are supportive too which is a great feature for the person who spends time commuting or driving for their job. I noticed that the seat belts were comfortable also; usually the seat belts constrict my movement after I buckle myself in, the Sonata was different.... There is a compartment between the front seats that has a lift out tray to store things like change for toll booths....I've driven more expensive cars that didn't have as many nice features. The sunroof was easy to open and close too, just a touch of a button."

"There was amazing leg room in the front and rear passenger compartment of this car. Also, the truck space is just huge and I like the fact that the back seats fold down to give you more space to haul things."

"Very luxurious. I was surprised by the attention to detail and how expensive everything looked for a reasonably priced car."

"It was more spacious than I anticipated, and quite comfortable. I can see myself on road trips in this car, and doubt I'd have to stop every hour to take a stretch break. I liked that the seat adjustment was easy to make while I was both stopped and driving. I liked the cup holder in the front seat, but the storage console seemed a bit awkward at first. I didn't take a look in the back seat. Sibling rivalry aside, however, I would assume that it would seat my three children in relative comfort.."

"I thought the interior of the Sonata was comfortable, roomy, and well laid out. It has plenty of room for a family to travel in comfortably which is always something that I look for."

"I felt very comfortable inside the Sonata. I have 3 children, all in car seats. Looking back I could clearly see that they would all fit and be comfortable, with out the seats being too crowded."

"While the actual look of the interior is that of a mid-size car, once inside, it's very easy to tell that there is way more room. I am comparing this to my Taurus, and the leg room and arm room (especially in the back seat) is twice of what there is in my car. The front seat area was very roomy as well."

"I was impressed with not only the quality of the leather and wood dash board, but the interior features make the newer cars seem outdated already! The one touch window up AND down, the location of the gas and trunk release, the roomy trunk and safety features in the trunk, esp. the dials and their ability to glow in the dark. It was all very well thought out."
