The Foundations of Dance is basic, but it does help work up a sweat. Ethnic Jam, featuring African and Egyptian moves, is a little more complicated but Trainer Patrea breaks down each move before bringing it up to tempo, making it easy to learn. Plus there’s a bonus Get Your Abs Back After Kids segment and a Yoga Nap.
What You’ll Need: Nothing. Not even shoes!
Why You’ll Love It: It’s great for new moms because it’s not exhausting—it gets your body moving and your blood flowing, helping to clear your mind and energize your body.
Watch Out For: This is not So You Think You Can Dance. The routines are more like new-age grooves than cutting-edge choreography.
