IKEA just announced that they're recalling a ton of Roman and Roll-up Blinds after a toddler was nearly strangled by one of the products' cords. The problem: The shades' bead chains or cords must be attached to the wall or a tension device. If not, they're an entanglement hazard.
If you have these IKEA blinds in your home, you can bring them back to the store for a full refund. In addition, if you have any kinds of blinds, you may want to consider attaching cord safety devices.
