Increase Your Sex Appeal

Step 3: Dress to Be Undressed

If you did your internal work in the last step, you should now be ready to start working on your physical appearance. Specifically, it's time to take a look at your wardrobe. Feeling good in the clothes that you wear is a key component of increasing your sex appeal.

Go to your closet and drawers and examine your clothes. Which items make you feel happy and desirable? If you are holding onto items that carry sad memories, now is the time to give them to a charity. Also, stay away from clothes that feel too tight and uncomfortable, and from colors that distract from the essence of who you are. You want your clothes to frame you, not to steal attention away from you.

Consider the clothes you want to be seen in (versus those you want to be touched in -- we'll get to that later). When you are dressing to be seen, the look to shoot for is "sexy yet sober." In other words, don't wear anything too outrageous, unless you want to make a statement, have a particular agenda and trust the person you plan to share your evening with. While you want to look and feel appealing, you don't want to dress in a way that will inspire disrespect from others or send an unintentional and possibly dangerous message.

When you choose the clothes you want to be touched in, consider those garments that fit your figure and feel good to the touch. Run your fingers over the fabrics in your closet and pick out the items made of silk, velvet, mohair, cashmere, chenille, chiffon and other such pleasing materials.
