Secrets of Seduction
- Set the Mood
When you are ready to get intimate, make sure the atmosphere that surrounds you is to your liking. When you feel comfortable and sexy, your sex appeal will be irresistible. Choose a location that empowers and excites you. The bedroom should be low on the list, especially for married couples and unmarried couples who live together, since sex often becomes routine here. Pay attention to the lighting, too. Unless you are under 20 years of age with a perfect body, stay away from fluorescent lights! Instead, make sure the lighting is soft, or light candles. Don't turn out all the lights -- you want to be able to look deeply into each other's eyes.
- Increase His Excitement
It's no secret that the more a man wants you, the more he will be aroused. Let his desire for you build. Tell him you want him to undress you slowly. If you're both feeling adventurous, you can blindfold him while he undresses you. That way, touch becomes the focus. Also, do wear silky lingerie and feel free to keep it on during sex, if this makes you feel more comfortable than being completely naked. It's important that you feel self-confident so that your sex appeal can shine through.
- Express Your Desires
There is nothing sexier than a woman who knows what she wants in bed and who feels comfortable expressing those desires. However, if you need to have a detailed discussion about what you like and what you don't like, don't do it in bed. Always begin by stating at least one thing he does right before listing what you would like him to do differently. Be sure to ask him what he wants, too.
I hope you've enjoyed this workshop. I hope, too, that you are enjoying your newly increased sex appeal -- and all the self-confidence it inspires.
