Ingredient Checklist

"1. Read completely through a recipe and gather all ingredients before starting to cook.

2. After chopping, dicing or slicing, use the blunt side (as opposed to the sharp edge) of the knife to scrape the results into a bowl or pan. Less wear and tear on the blade!”
