For the past several years, Ms. Glickman has been actively involved with fundraising for Democratic candidates including national, state and local candidates.
Ms. Glickman received her B.A. degree in Broadcasting and Theatre from the University of Michigan in 1966. She has appeared in several community theatre productions and has served as a board member of several nonprofit organization including the Arena Stage. She is currently a member of the Kennedy Center’s Community Friends Board, the Ford’s Theatre and the DCJCC (DC Jewish Community Center).
Ms. Glickman is married to Dan Glickman, a former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and Member of Congress who is currently the Chairman of the Motion Picture Association of American. They have two children, Jon, who is a movie producer in Los Angeles, and Amy who is a vice president at Bragman Naiman Cappeleri Public Relations Firm. They also have four-year-old grandson, Cal. and a two-year-old granddaughter, Mae.
