Dr. Copit is a native of Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Copit completed her residency in diagnostic radiology at Albert Einstein Medical Center and fellowship training in breast imaging at Baylor-Komen Breast Center.
Dr. Copit dedicates her practice to breast imaging and for the last 12 years she has served as the Director of the Harold J. Isard, MD, Breast Imaging Center, Marion-Louis Saltzman Women’s Center at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Board Certified in Radiology, Dr. Copit serves as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Jefferson Medical College.
She is a member of several national organizations including, American Association of Women Radiologists, American College of Radiology, American Society of Breast Disease, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Breast Imaging. Dr. Copit is currently the Chair of the Education Committee for the Philadelphia Roentgen Ray Society.
