You have been a female leader in a largely male-dominated world. What has that experience been like for you?
SECRETARY RICE: Well, I have always considered myself, you know, kind of a package. I'm black and female. I've been asked, "Did you find this harder because you're a female?" I really don't know, because I don't know how the world would've reacted to me in some other package. So I just try to continue to do what I'm doing and to try to do it well.
