Jack Osbourne: Multiple Sclerosis

Ozzy and Sharon’s 26-year-old boy Jack Osbourne, revealed to People magazine that he has multiple sclerosis (MS), an auto-immune disease affecting the brain and spine. MS leads nerve signals to slow down or stop, and has unpredictable symptoms that can affect balance, vision and reasoning. Osbourne has already lost 60 percent of the vision in his right eye. "I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?'” the former reality-TV star said in the interview.

There is no cure for MS but medications can slow advancement and control symptoms. Jack, who welcomed his first child (Pearl Clementine) into the world just two weeks after his diagnosis, is ready to “adapt and overcome,” he told Hello! magazine.
