Jack Osbourne may be dealing with a multiple sclerosis diagnosis, but he is definitely not doing it alone.
Along with an incredibly involved family -- including mom Sharon Osbourne, dad Ozzy and sister Kelly -- Jack has the ongoing love and support of his fiancee, Lisa Stelly.
"Lisa makes sure he's healthy -- eating right and exercising," says a friend of the couple, who was spotted running errands with their 4-month-old daughter, Pearl, last week in Malibu. "They love staying active as a family."
Osbourne, 26, shared the news of his MS diagnosis in June.
"He knew something was wrong for a while," a source told Us of the new father. "Everyone is sad, but he is being strong about it."
Although things might be good at home, Jack recently had a tough time professionally when NBC let him go off their upcoming reality show, Stars Earn Stripes, in which celebrities compete in military-style missions.
"NBC said they didn't fire me over my diagnosis? Bull-F--k----S--t," Jack twittered.
"I took part in a 16 hour challenge over 30 miles with a 40 pound ruck [sack] on my back in January. I had MS then," says Jack, who was set to compete on the NBC show. "Don't tell me [what] physically demanding is."
Mama Sharon supported her son by quitting her lucrative gig as a judge on the NBC show America's Got Talent.
"I just can't be fake," Sharon told the New York Post. "It's discrimination, and it was badly handled."
