Is Jaime Pressly the latest star to get behind the wheel after a night of boozing?
The My Name Is Earl star was pulled over around 11 p.m. Wednesday night in Santa Monica for allegedly committing a traffic violation. Police told TMZ that a field sobriety test was performed, and the 33-year-old actress was arrested and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Pressly was taken to a Santa Monica jail and is being held on a $15,000 bail, TMZ reports. Officials say there were no drugs found in her car and she had no minor passengers. Though her blood-alcohol level is yet unknown, TMZ reports that the only other circumstance in which such a high bail is set is if the driver's level is over .15.
