Jamie Foxx Stalker Arrested!

Celebrity stalking freaks me out. It has ever since that girl from My Sister Sam was shot and killed by a crazed fan back in the '80s.

Just last week DWTS' Shawn Johnson had to file a restraining order against a fan who broke in the studio where she was taping the show, and now a man who forced his way into Jamie Foxx's hotel room last week was arrested on suspicion of stalking and other charges.

Steven Taliver, 49, pretended to be one of Beyonce's producers to get in to see Jamie. After the actor realized he didn't know the man, Jamie pushed him out of his Philadelphia hotel room and slammed the door.

The man was arrested earlier this week when Jamie's security team noticed the creep lurking near the set of Jamie's new movie, Law Abiding Citizen, and called the police.

Jamie can't really talk about all of this because of legalities, but the Oscar winner told Access Hollywood that he is hanging in there.

"I'm good now," he said Thursday. "Shout out to Philadelphia and the mayor and everybody else to make sure it's good. Sometimes you have to make sure every move you make in life is the right thing, and that you have people there to watch your back."

That is one part of celebrity I do not envy.
