Just when the world couldn't stop talking about Britney Spears, the Spears family dropped the bombshell that Brit's sister, 16-year-old Disney Channel star Jamie Lynn, was pregnant! By the time Maddie Briann was born in June, we managed to catch our breath—but just barely.
