Jamie Spears Wins Temporary Legal Control Over Britney
The court hearing has paid off for Britney's parents, as Jamie Spears has won temporary legal control over his ailing daughter. Jamie was also granted legal control over her medical treatment and the ability power to restrict any visitors to Britney (buh-bye, Sam Lufti).
In addition, the judge gave Jamie the power to cut off all of the singer's credit cards and to prosecute any restraining orders on her behalf. He also has full control of her house and can keep anyone he wants out.
Brit's parents were also granted a 21-day civil harassment restraining order against Sam, so he won't be around for a while, though there is another hearing set for Monday afternoon.
Sam must be throwing such a fit! This is a good thing.
