On summer vacation in Italy with her new beau recently, Janet Jackson unveiled her new slimmed-down bikini bod. Like most women, Jackson has a past of fluctuating weight but is reportedly back on her fitness regimen with longtime trainer Tony Martinez. To snap back into shape, Martinez creates a six-day-a-week regimen for 45 minutes of cardio work like boxing and stadium stairs followed by repeated sets of squats and lunges. Hit the local high school football field to run the stairs to get Janet's killer quads, or opt for summertime beach runs which are great for providing resistance and burning calories.
