Jay-Z and Beyonce's daughter is only a couple days old, and she's already cut her first single! Little Blue Ivy Carter, born Saturday to the musical superstars, can be heard on a new track released Monday by her daddy on his blog Life+Times. The song, called "Glory featuring B.I.C.", is an emotional tribute to new fatherhood. Listen right here!

Did you hear the baby? You can hear her softly crying right at the end, starting around the 3:20 mark. On the new song, Jay-Z (real name: Shawn Carter) raps about his hopes and fears for his new little girl.

"The most amazing feeling I feel/ Words can't describe what a feeling, for real/ Baby I'll paint the sky blue/ My greatest creation was you," rhymes the hip-hop star.

The normally stoic rapper is obviously overjoyed; he actually giggles when he says the line, "Your mama said that you danced for her/ Did you wiggle your hands for her?" But he also reveals a sad backstory: According to his lyrics, he and Beyonce had a previous pregnancy that miscarried.

"Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/ We was afraid you disappeared," he raps. "But no, baby, you magic."

Jay-Z also raps about the death of his father, and how he hopes to carry on his legacy through his child, "a younger, smarter, faster me." And of course, being a hip-hop star, he indulges in a little bragging.

"You're the child of my destiny/ You're my child of a child from Destiny's Child/ That's a hell of a recipe," says the proud papa.

Blue Ivy was born Saturday night via scheduled C-section in a private wing of New York City's Lennox Hill Hospital. There's been much speculation on the origin of her unusual name. The favorite theory seems to be that "Ivy" is a reference to the roman numeral for 4 (IV), which is Beyonce and Jay-Z's lucky number, while "Blue" was chosen for Jay-Z's favorite color.
