Jennifer Garner finally popped (didn't it seem like she was pregnant forever?) and this time, the coming-home outfit likely won't be pink. The arrival of a little baby boy on February 27, who joins older sisters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, means Ben's finally got a teammate in the girls-versus-boys games at the Affleck house.
As one of three girls herself, Jen's admitted that "it would be weird to have a boy." The Alias actress also told Jay Leno that Ben's pretty comfy being surrounded by estrogen. "We know how to do girls," she quoted her husband saying. "My girls love me. I’m the big guy in the house."
My family had the same sibling setup as the Affleck's -- older sister, me, younger brother -- and it seemed pretty perfect. My mom had two little helpers who fought over who got to change the baby's diaper; my brother got doted on, and fawned over and had front row seats to a nonstop parade of variety shows (sure, he had to wear a dress and hair bows to these, but it's not like we took that many pictures to blackmail him with later), and my sister and I got to train an actual human being in the fine art of Living With and Understanding Women. Triple win!
With two older sisters, mom's low-drama lifestyle and dad's charitable and philanthropic projects, we're pretty sure this little guy is going to grow up to be a stand-up dude.
