Though she shed 60 pounds and five sizes as a Weight Watchers spokeswoman last year, Jennifer Hudson's fitness journey didn't stop there. To tone up and really hone in, the actress and singer began training with celebrity trainer Pasternak five days a week to maintain her size 4 body and drop an additional 20 lbs., according to US Weekly Magazine. The key is to insert quick, simple and incredibly effective workout regimens into Jennifer's busy schedule, for example doing two sets of lunges followed by plank exercises or going for a quick run. Instead of slaving away in the gym for hours, try to insert five, 25 minute workouts throughout the day t give you added energy as well as to get in your daily workouts.
