Think of them as the friendly exes. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony reunited in Puerto Rico this week, but it was not a romantic reconciliation. Instead, their meeting was strictly business.
The American Idol host and her estranged husband, who announced their split in July, had previously expressed their intention of continuing to work together. And that's exactly what they were doing in their native Puerto Rico.
"Jennifer and Marc were filming their show Q'Viva! The Chosen together for the first time in Puerto Rico last Tuesday," a source tells People. "They were there to audition talent."
Lopez, 42, and Anthony, 43, are joining American Idol creator Simon Fuller and tour director Jamie King for The Chosen, a reality talent-show competition that will have the hosts visiting 21 countries across the Americas to scout for the next big Latin American music act. The series will air in the United States in 2012.
While they might collaborating for their television project, Lopez and Anthony have moved on romantically speaking. J.Lo has been recently linked to dancer Casper Smart, while Anthony has been spotted partying with friends and enjoying the single life.
