Why does Jennifer Lopez need to do a reality show? She has so much money and a brand new set of twins -- why, why, why?
According to People.com, Jen has signed with TLC to co-executive produce, co-create and star in the “docu-series,” which will focus on how the new mom survives her crazy life. The show will center around La Lopez's days of being a working superstar mom and launching her new fragrance.
“I’m looking forward to sharing this exciting journey together,” she said of teaming with the cable network.
“Jennifer is unbelievably passionate about life and will be an incredible role model for our audience,” TLC's President, Angela Shapiro-Mathes said in a statement.
My only thought is that Jen thinks the show will increase sales of her new perfume -- or that she's that desperate to be back in the spotlight. Either way, the whole thing sounds crazy to me.
