Still not buying Jeremy London's tale of his recent kidnapping, where he says he was held at gunpoint and forced to do drugs by the assailants? Well, he doesn't blame you.
"If I heard someone saying this, I would probably doubt it as well," the Party of Five actor, 37, told People.
London claims that while he was changing a flat tire in Palm Springs on June 10, he was approached by three men who pulled a gun on him and drove him around for 12 hours while making him take ecstasy and smoke meth. The actor says the kidnappers then stole his car. Brandon Adams, 26, has been arrested in the case.
"I was acting my way through the whole thing, telling myself, 'Just play like you are one of them,'" he says, of how he survived the ordeal.
Family members of London have publicly expressed their doubt about his story, claiming that the recovering actor is in need of psychological help and drug rehab. But London says he's been sober since last September and regularly undergoing urine tests.
"I haven't tested dirty ever," he says.
Still, London's twin brother isn't having it. "After hearing Jeremy's account of his alleged ordeal, it only brings up a million more questions about what really happened," Jason London said.
