While countless fans still consider Sandra Bullock America's sweetheart, it seems adult industry actress Janine Lindemulder -- ex-wife of Jesse James -- is none too keen on the actress, and her real-life role as beloved stepmom in the (considerably broken) family.
James, 41, and Lindemulder, 42, are currently engaged in a custody battle over their 6-year-old daughter Sunny (the biker has two other children, from his first marriage to Karla James). Now, Lindemulder is claiming in court, according to TMZ.com, that her ex-husband is attempting to "replace" her with Bullock as a mother figure.
Lindemulder told a judge in an Orange County courtroom today, "I believe I'm being replaced by Sandra Bullock."
James has pursued residency in Texas (mere miles from where Bullock lives) and is reportedly planning to have Sunny move there with him permanantly. And the plan has not been supported by Lindemulder for a while (she once sent an email to Jesse's sister that read: "All Sunny ever talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!").
Bullock, 45, is now raising her adopted son Louis but has often expressed her love for her stepchildren (she has a particularly close relationship with Sunny). She told People in 2007, "I have children, amazing children. My love and my want for their future and their happiness, for their homework to be done and for them to know how smart and beautiful they are is no less than if I'd had a child on my own."
