Most people who have followed the Jesse James scandal no doubt have some questions for the biker bad boy who repeatedly cheated on his soon-to-be ex-wife Sandra Bullock. "What were you thinking?" certainly springs to mind. But, Nightline's correspondent Vicki Mabrey will be the one crafting the questions as James, 41, sits down to give some answers.
Though he has released statements, the segment airing Tuesday, May 25, will be James' first interview since the scandal broke. He will reportedly be opening up about his affairs, why he really went to rehab and what role he played and will play in the adoption of Bullock's son Louis. There is no word yet on whether or not James will discuss the controversy surrounding a photograph of him in Nazi regalia or his father's claim that he has always been fascinated with Hitler.
ABC is not releasing any of James' quotes yet, so we are left to wonder how much or little James will actually reveal. Bullock, 45, was rather candid in her interview with People late last month, telling the magazine she was filing for divorce from James and was "sad and scared" by the process. The Oscar-winning actress also openly talked about doing the best for her children, including Louis, as well as James' children from previous marriages, Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr. 12, and Sunny, 6.
Nightline airs at 11:35 p.m. on ABC.
