The emotional custody case between Jesse James and his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, has finally come to an end. An Orange County, Calif., judge has ruled in favor of James, 41, awarding the beleagured dad physical custody of his 6-year-old daughter Sunny, according to TMZ.
The news devastated Lindemulder, an actress in the adult film industry, who was recently released from a halfway house, according to Us Weekly. She allegedly broke down after the ruling and yelled, "I can't do this! I'll move! I'll move!"
James is reportedly planning on moving Sunny to Texas in order to live with him, and be geographically closer to Sandra Bullock. Earlier this month, Lindemulder, 42, expressed a fear that she was being "replaced" by the Oscar winner (who embraced her stepmom role when married to James, and formed a strong bond with the tot). After the hearing yesterday, Lindemulder said that as a single parent, she could not compete with James and Bullock and the "nice things they provide."
A teary Lindemulder -- ruled by the judge as being in a "fragile position to make poor decisions" -- also vowed to reporters that "someday I will be her mother again." James, however, made no comment to the press after the ruling.
