Almost every new mom says that motherhood has completely changed their lives. But for Jessica Alba some things, like a killer workout routine, never change. Even after two children (Honor, 4 and Haven, 10 months), Alba tells Marie Claire that she has stuck to her routine of training with Ramona Braganza (the woman behind Halle Berry's body, too) to keep her in shape for both her upcoming action films and the day-to-day mommy duties. According to Braganza, the key to dropping the baby weight and keeping it off is a balance of 10-minute cardio intervals and strength training with plank exercises, lunges with bicep curls (to prevent flabby arms and thighs), and crunches. Even after you've gotten back to your pre-baby size, maintaining a balanced regimen is important to sustain your energy when baby steps progress to toddler sprints. Stay a step ahead with Alba's go-to workout here.
