Jessica Simpson has been under major public scrutiny for her alleged weight gain over the last few weeks, but the singer says she's designing a whole line of clothes for women who aren't rail thin.
In an interview with InStyle (done before the whole Jessica-is-fat hoopla), the singer told the mag, "I want to create clothes that flatter every figure. I know how a dress can make you feel so frumpy. I promise mine won't."
"We want to reach every type of person - and we do. But mainly I'm all about you wearing the dress, not the dress wearing you," she said. "I know what flatters a woman, and trust me, I've been judged a lot in my life. By now I know what works if you're curvy."
"If my clothing and accessories make you feel great and let you walk proud and tall -- in big, big platform shoes - then I'm happy," she said.
Are you interested in Jess' clothing line or, with jeans like those above, do you not trust her fashion sense for a second?
