Looks like Jessica Simpson's daddy's handy work did the job, as Jessica and Joe Simpson pal, Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo, attended pal Cacee Cobb's birthday party together. An X17 insider said the new couple were attached at the hip all night and were very lovey-dovey. "They were talking the entire time and Jessica was very giggly around him. She had a great big grin from ear to ear the entire evening," the spy blabbed. The witness also said that Jess "loosened up a bit with a couple of vodka cocktails." I have yet to see Jess not loose, so I can only imagine what "loosened up" entails.
